PAID LEGAL ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE: YourCase.com, LLC (“YourCase”) operates joint advertising programs on behalf of Advertising Law Firms (“ALFs”) that have chosen to jointly promote their legal services. Consumers may be introduced to an ALF by YourCase following the completion of a consumer questionnaire. The introduction of a consumer to an ALF is done solely based on a predefined methodology which ensures that ALFs receive an equitable share of consumer introductions based on certain non-legal consumer representations. YourCase does not recommend or promote any of the ALFs as “specialists” or as better positioned than another ALF, nor does YourCase select a lawyer for the consumer or take any action that establishes an attorney client relationship; each consumer is in control of, and is responsible for, the selection of a lawyer willing to represent them. YourCase is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The decision to retain a lawyer is a serious matter that should be given thoughtful consideration, and not every ALF to whom a consumer is introduced will agree to provide representation.
